Obituary for Carlos A. Maron
Carlos A Maron of Roselle Park passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at the age of 73 with family by his side.
He was born in El Melon, Chile on September 28, 1948, to Luisa Fernandez and Jose Maron. He had lived in Westfield and Newark prior to moving to Roselle Park 20 years ago. Carlos was an owner/operator with his brother in the trucking industry.
Carlos was the devoted father of Carolina D Maron & her husband William Vesey, Lisa A Meza Maron & her husband Rodrigo Meza Cortez, and late Carlos “Danny” Maron. Cherished grandfather of Ashley, Tyler, Carli and Nico and great-grandchildren Gabriela and Amelia; dear brother of Eduardo Maron, Enrique Maron, the late Mario Maron, the late Jose Maron and the late Ginella Maron. Beloved Uncle to many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews here in the US and in Chile.
Carlos spent most of his time with his brother Enrique and his family who he cherished and loved. He had a passion for Classical music and Opera. He enjoyed dancing, playing the spoons and singing while his brother Enrique played the guitar, and making everyone laugh with his wit and humor.
A celebration of Carlos’s life will be held at the Garwood Knights of Columbus, 37 South Avenue on Saturday, March 26th from 6pm to Midnight. www.garwoodkofc.weebly.com
