Lawrence E. Leary of Union, NJ (formerly of Budd Lake, NJ) passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the age of 81. To honor Mr. Leary’s wishes funeral services and a memorial gathering are private.

Mr. Leary had proudly served his county as a United States Marine, serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a route salesman for Tip Top Bread Company which was then acquired by Wonder Bread Company for over 30 years prior to his retirement in 1994. Lawrence was an avid golfer, bowler and fisherman.

Lawrence was the beloved husband of Dorothy A. (nee Heys) Leary; devoted father of Donna Steinmetz & her husband Carl, Lori Tambakis & her husband Nicholas and Michael Leary & his fiancé Joi; cherished grandfather of Stephanie, Alyssa and Jaden.
